As a specialist\, he promotes the best practices in leadership development and mentorship. Matt has worked to build relationships with organizations focused on workforce development\, including local economic developers\, the Mid-America Regional Council\, Northland Education and Business Alliance\, local school districts\, and the building trades. He also serves as program analyst and supports healthier workplace initiatives.
