Annual Women's Event: Breaking the Blueprint
The traditional templates for success often force us to choose between professional ambition and personal well-being. This year, we aren’t just following an old design; we are ripping it up! Welcome to Breaking the Blueprint, our annual Women’s Event reimagined.
If you’ve attended in the past, get ready for a completely new experience. We are moving away from standard panels and lecture-style speakers to bring you an immersive, hands-on workshop designed to impact every facet of your life and career.
Instead of sitting back, you will actively build. Attendees will move through four interactive breakout sessions (we've named Design Studios), gathering concrete tools, strategies, and blueprints from expert facilitators.
The Four Pillars of the Workshop:
-
Storytelling & Branding: Your brand isn't something you invent—it's something you uncover. In this interactive Design Studio, Courtney will guide you through identifying who you are, what you stand for, and how you want to show up in the world. Together, you'll challenge the stories that keep you playing small, move beyond borrowed ideas of success, and begin building a brand that feels authentic, aligned, and unforgettable. Whether you're launching a business, growing your company, or simply rediscovering your voice, you'll leave with greater clarity and confidence in the story only you can tell. Led by Courtney Specht, owner of Stag & Bird Curated Photo Experiences.
-
Financial Wellness: Money shouldn't be something that happens to you, it should become one of the strongest tools you have for building the life you envision.
Together we'll identify limiting beliefs, create a personalized financial vision, and build practical next steps toward long-term confidence and growth.
Led by Nina Lowrey, Branch Manager at Commerce Bank. -
Leadership & Team Growth: Success isn't about working harder.
It's about building systems that protect your time, your energy, and your vision.
Through hands-on exercises, Brittany will help you identify the hidden leaks inside your business and create practical systems that support sustainable growth. Led by Brittany Kimble, owner of Studio Plush & Rooted to Bloom. -
Health & Wellness: Stop treating wellness like another item on your to-do list.
In this collaborative Design Studio, you'll discover how movement, recovery, mindset, and intentional daily habits work together to support every goal you're building; professionally and personally. Together, we'll challenge unhealthy expectations, redefine self-care, and begin creating a sustainable wellness blueprint that helps you show up stronger in every area of life. Led by Alex Scavuzzo, owner of The Movement Clinic, and Samantha Smith, owner of Juniper Valley Massage & Spa.
Why This Format Works:
By rotating through every single session in smaller, collaborative groups, you won’t have to choose between business growth or personal health. You get it all. You will leave this event not just inspired, but equipped with a custom, comprehensive roadmap tailored to the life and career you want to build.
Seats are limited to ensure an impactful workshop experience for every attendee.
"What should I wear?" Wear whatever makes you feel like your true self! Whether that's jeans and a t-shirt, or a dress and heels. We're here to get down to business, so wear whatever you feel most confident in. Need some inspiration? We've created a Mood Board with outfit ideas! https://pin.it/14D0xBPb8
