Something happens when creators gather in the same room. Ideas spark. Courage shows up. People who felt alone in their work suddenly realize they aren't. That's exactly what our Artist Gatherings are built for — and our next one is on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026. Artist Gathering Tuesday, March 17th | 6:30 – 8:30 PM | Art House Grandview | 714 Location This night is a celebration of what's possible when artists stop creating in isolation and start creating in community. We're bringing together painters, poets, filmmakers, and songwriters for an evening of live art, shared stories, and real connection. Here's what's on the bill: Live Painting — Watch a canvas come to life in real time as a featured artist paints live throughout the evening. Spoken Word — Taking the mic and putting language to the things we're all feeling. Film — Short film from local filmmakers doing things that deserve to be seen. Songwriting — Original song performed live — intimate, honest, and the kind of thing you remember. This is a low-key, welcoming evening — not a showcase, not a competition. Just artists doing what they do, in a room full of people who get it.
