Mondays, 11-12 The View, Grandview
Tuesdays, 09:45-10:45 Sinclair's Restaurant, Blue Springs
Wednesdays, 09:45-10:45 Summit View Terrace, Kansas City
Thursdays, 09:45-10:45 Harrisonville Community Center
26 classes over 10 months, covering topics of nutrition, activity, tracking, dealing with and working through challenges and support.
Medicare and some commercial payers cover the cost of the program for individuals with prediabetes and BMI over 25.
