March 3 Chamber Luncheon
Join us Thursday, March 3 (12-1:30 PM) for the Chamber Luncheon (moved from February), at the Southview Christian Church Fellowship Hall Hall (13604 Norby Road, Grandview).Our guest speaker will be Joe Lauber, founder of Municipal Law, LLC, and economic development expert. The topic will be "The Basics of Economic Development Incentives". Joe works with the City of Grandview on such projects as Truman's Marketplace and Gateway Village. He will describe the basics of TIF, Chapter 100, Chapter 353, Enhanced Enterprise Zones and incentive tools for small businesses.
