DL Outfitters KC is growing fast, and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated, skilled Mechanic /Service Tech to join our team! If you’ve got a knack for customer service, an eye for detail, and the hustle to keep a busy rental department running smoothly — you might be exactly who we need.
?? What You’ll Be Doing
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
• Keep service area organized, maintained, and ready to roll
• Help implement sales strategies to hit monthly service goals
• Cross-train with the sales team
• Assist with trailer deliveries and setup
• Maintain a clean, efficient, customer-focused work environment
?? What We’re Looking For
• Experience in trailer, rv, car or camper repairs is required
• Strong communication + relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with solid attention to detail
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently AND as part of a team
• Computer-savvy — basic inventory/sales software experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to Grandview, MO
